2. Description of Service

Maya is an AI-powered copilot designed for real estate agents. The Service provides:

  • WhatsApp-based client management
  • Smart reminders and follow-up tracking
  • Listing preparation and sharing tools
  • Voice transcription and note-taking
  • Contact management and Maya Account features

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Credits System

The Service operates on a credits system. Credits are consumed when using AI features. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Additional credits can be purchased at any time.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Maya and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
